In Ready Player One there is an avatar called The Curator that manages the Halliday Journals Archive. Today we interview a real-life version of The Curator, Fidget Dione.

Under the guidance of the Arthur C Clarke Center for the Human Imagination, and in collaboration with the Annenberg School at USC and Origami Air, Fidget is the archivist in-residence for Afterville, a community of futurists based in the metaverse.

World on a Wire (German: Welt am Draht) is a 1973 science fiction television serial made for German television as a two-part miniseries. It was based on the 1964 novel Simulacron-3 by Daniel F. Back in 1982, David Cronenberg was still a fledging director in Toronto Canada. Then he made Videodrome and everything changed.

Videodrome follows the president of a trashy TV channel, Max Renn (James Woods) who is desperate for new programming to attract viewers. When he happens upon "Videodrome," a TV show dedicated to even trashier TV than he could've imagined, Max sees a potential hit and broadcasts the show on his channel. However, after his girlfriend (Deborah Harry) auditions and never returns, Max investigates the truth behind Videodrome and discovers that reality may not be what it seems.

This cyberpunk classic is set in a near future when the line between humans and robots is blurring. The plot follows the Major (Johansson), a cyborg supersoldier who investigates her past, and unravels a deeper conspiracy.
